On a recent trip from Northern California to the Portland area, our relatively new ML 350 had a check engine light come on and was not running right. We drove to Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville; and although we didn’t have an appointment and they were completely booked, they understood our situation and took our SUV in for repair and provided us with a loaner car. Our service advisor, Alan was outstanding and kept us informed as to the status regularly and the repair was completed sooner than ... expected. The attendants was very friendly and helpful as well. This is clearly a great dealership!

The folks at Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville were super! We walked in, well drove in with our MB Sprinter RV and they were able to give her an oil change. While they completed the work, they gave us a loaner and we were able to enjoy the day in Portland. Service Manager Scott was able to arrange the mobile service team to do the work. Service Advisor Darren was personable and arranged for our transportation and advice about Portland. And Logan finished the transaction. In all, everyone was ... professional and courteous and made us feel we were their only customer for the day.

Service Dept was easy to access and make an appointment. Very efficient check in , and was offered a ‘loaner’ without asking. Nice! Everything with Mercedes (re: parts and service) is expensive. Wish it wasn’t. Service did a thorough inspection and I was sent a text w a link to what they observed. Very customer friendly. Have been happy with service at MB of Wilsonville 95% of the time over 4 years
