Giving Back is at the Core of What We Do at Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville

We previously shared about our commitment to giving back to our community, but charitable giving doesn’t just happen during the holidays. Here at Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville it is at the core of what we do, right alongside providing the absolute best sales and service experience to our customers.

Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville donates to local Oregon charities
As a locally-owned dealership, our business is based on building strong relationships with our community. That same community has helped us become the #1 Mercedes-Benz dealership in Oregon and we believe we have a responsibility to do our part in supporting local organizations and causes.

From donating a car to a brave local veteran to helping those without a voice by supporting animal welfare organizations, we’re passionate about championing nonprofits in our local community and nationally.

In fact, each time you purchase a car at Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville, we donate $100 to either Oregon Dog Rescue or The Pixie Project, two of our favorite organizations that are making a difference for animals in need. Animal welfare is a personal passion for Jeff Swickard, owner of Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville. With millions of animals in shelters across the country, we’re committed to supporting organizations that are saving animals’ lives and helping them find permanent homes.

We’re also proud to support other local and national organizations including:

  • Lake Oswego Arts & Humanities
  • Oregon International Ballet Academy
  • Evans Scholar
  • Children’s Cancer
  • Dress for Success
  • Wounded Warriors
  • American Breast Cancer
  • Austin Pets Alive
  • San Antonio Pets Alive
  • Wilsonville Little League
  • Wilsonville educational programs
  • And many other organizations

In 2016, our commitment to giving resulted in over $116,000 donated to nonprofits, with donations in 2015 and 2014 totaling $140,000 and $90,000 respectively. With 2017 in full swing, we’re excited to see what impact we can make this year and we thank our customers and community for helping us to build a business that’s committed to compassion.

    Good Day,

I have a 1985 Mercedes Benz 300TD (W123 Series) in very good shape, am considering donating because I am moving out of the country and it is too late now to sell it. Do you all know of an organization or service in the Puget Sound area that accepts old MBs?
