Features to assist 

There’s a feature called ATTENTION ASSIST that continuously monitors up to 70 parameters of driving behavior. The enhanced sensitivity can detect drowsy drivers and alert them with both visual and audible warnings. One other assistance feature worth mentioning is the Crosswind Assist. The car’s Electronic Stability Program uses the electric power steering and suspension sensors to help keep the car on course in the event there is lateral gusts or even a passing truck. 

PRE-SAFE in the 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-class 

First of its kind, the PRE-SAFE technology can detect instability within the vehicle that could suggest a collision or rollover may be in the future. Once this system detects this shift, it can tighten the front seat belts, adjust the front passenger seat and close all the windows and sunroof. All of these events happen to better prepare the passengers in the event of a collision.
