"We are fueled by our goal to be #1 in sales and service, while continuing on our road to redefine the car buying experience and delivering personalized customer service. We believe in empowering our employees to delight our customers as we drive towards building a culture of compassion."
At Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville, we are committed to service and wanted to reward a military hero from our community with the car they've always dreamed of. We launched a statewide search, receiving thousands of inquiries and over three hundred nominations. We are proud to announce the recipient as Sergeant First Class William Beau Childs, an eleven Bravo Bradley Master Gunner. Congratulations and thank you for seventeen years of service. And to all our service men and women, thank you, from Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville. You are all heroes.
Car Donation Member BBQ
Thank you to all of our members for making our Member BBQ a huge success. The celebration kicked off at noon with fun, games, music and the Mercedes Benz car raffle drawing at 2 pm! Our museum members stopped by, excited and eager to join in the fun hoping for their name to be drawn. Our parking lot buzzed with excitement as members enjoyed delicious food and uplifting music while the kids enjoyed games and ice cream - all while waiting for the Mercedes-Benz raffle drawing to commence.World of Speed Executive Director David Schaeffer took the stage and welcomed the crowd, thanking our members for helping us sell over 1,200 tickets and raise over $32,000 in support of the museum’s education programs. David was followed by Jeff Swickard, owner of Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville who drew the ticket announcing the lucky winner; congratulations to Shirleen Staehely for winning this amazing car, and thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket for this summer’s Mercedes-Benz raffle helping support our education programs at World of Speed.
