About Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville in Wilsonville OR
Finding the best car for you can always be a difficult decision, but when it comes to finding the best of the best and walking out happy with tears of joy, Mercedes of Wilsonville has your back for sure.I absolutely loved my experience of leasing the 2016 S550 and E400 from wilsonville. To begin with, the clean and high end appearance of the show room makes you feel very comfortable. The ambience and refreshments are a great addition, but more than anything the staff is more than excellent ... . While i showed up without even an appointment, I met Mark who started working with me juggling seemingly effortless between clients, and put every effort possible to find me cars I was looking for, he worked untiringly for my test drives almost all day, and also kept me entertained meanwhile with his fun personality. When it came to finding the right prices and working with payments and also having a best friend who gave you the right advice and get you what you really want, Salena was definitely there for me. It seemed like she had all the time in the world to chat with me and find what I really wanted and then making sure I get that. I felt she definitely put her heart and soul into getting me what I wanted .The sales general manager Dave has an excellent personality and worked with me as if he is an old friend. He has the most decent, direct, helpful and generous attitude, which made him one of the most awesome general managers I can imagine. He definitely exceeded my expectations and made me feel like i was his most special client ever. This doesn't end here. The owner Jeff Swickard is definitely one of the coolest guys I've met. He was so friendly, humble and generous that it was unbelievable. When he found out Im a doctor he showed me the mercedes ambulance which I thought was so awesome and he had all kinds of stories to entertain us while the staff was efficiently closing the deal and making sure we walk out with a grin on our face.I don't always write reviews, but I definitely want everyone who is looking for Mercedes to come to this location because its definitely the best. I don't think anyone else deserved our business more than them !

Car shopping can be a pain, we all know this.  Well, after a long grind of dealers not doing what they said they would, not having a car on their website, not calling back, not emailing back, having a car they said was great turn out to be a dud in person... I saw a car on the MB Wilsonville website one night.  I sent them a message- I can come see it in the morning, is it still available? The next morning, right when they opened, I got a call from John Frentsos.  This review is mostly about ... John- sure, it's a lovely building with cushy chairs and good snacks and a ton of gorgeous cars-- but it comes down to the person you're working with. So immediately I felt like John was an old school salesman- the guy building customers long term, not just selling the item of the week.  And it turns out he has a long career in auto sales. I can see why.  John told me about the car, confirmed it was the creampuff it looked like, and to assuage my concerns about hauling myself all the way down there, sent me some photos, and called back and said it's very clean (this is a used car we're talking about, and boy did I see some duds the last month). I arrived to find the car sitting there washed and gassed and ready for a drive.  I didn't say anything just looked it over outside.  It was a beaut.  Exactly as advertised.  I walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice lady, and even though I felt like maybe I should have dressed nicer than flip flops and shorts (hey it was Sunday AM....) she went and got John for me.  He came right out, introduced himself and we hopped in for a drive.  John explained he was working on the numbers on the extended warranty I asked for earlier (pushing warranty out past the already good MB certified pre owned program) and they should be ready when we get back. The car was as good as I've ever seen for a used vehicle.  It was priced fairly. We returned, he grabbed the warranty numbers I asked for, I made an offer, we had an agreement in a few minutes (no 4 square sheets, no "meet my manager", none of that crap, a refreshingingly BS free negotiation).  We sat in the comfy lobby and he took my finance information direct into a laptop.  Now I know they cash in on extended warranties, but this particular car has a lot of systems that can make such a warranty well worth it and I sprung for it.  That said, they were fair and direct in negotiation and I appreciate that.  I want it as cheap as possible, they want to make money, let's get it done. And we did, easily. One last thing- I want to take it for a long drive before we finalize the deal--  no problem- let's fill it up for you. I returned 3 hours later convinced I had the right car.  The tire pressure needed to be adjusted and presto one of the lot attendants was there and instructed what to do- the car was whisked off to get tires aired. This seems like a small thing, but it's the manner they did it in that is important. Sure, I could have done it at home but they want to take care of stuff. Even on a busy afternoon, and even though most people wouldn't care about a few pounds of air in this tire or another.  John was busy with other customers when I got back-- but sales folks, take note here-- he acknowledged me with a smile and a wave and I motioned that I was going inside. I know he had other people to take care of, they were coming in all morning.  I grabbed a beverage, and settled in on the free wifi with my ipad.  John came and found me maybe 5 minutes later and said the finance manager would be by to get me in a moment to do the final paper, and he was.  I had just cracked the online version of the owner's manual when he came out and introduced himself. The paperwork went quickly, we got a temp plate, and John took the time to see me off and talk with me about a couple of operational questions I had on the car.  This is pretty much exactly how buying a car ought to operate.  We'll see how service goes in 10,000 miles but for the buying experience these folks really have it dialed in.

I did not buy my car from Mercedes in Wilsonville I decided to take my car there for all service. I was greeted and treated with A+ smiles/courtesy but the owner came and spoke to me with Chris Cain. Because of a wait a little too long I was given a custom Pinot Noir wine and a handshake with an apology. Rare!

The entire process was thoughtful, complete, and professional. We were very pleased and would buy another car or recommend MB of Wilsonville. Not the usual dealership experience
