After having a mechanic repair a minor issue with my car, my car was giving a check engine notice so rather than take it back to the shop the caused the issue I took it to MB of Wilsonville, to Chris Cain and Rick. They worked on it for quite a while to find the damage caused by the other mechanic, then it came back to me. It then had an add coolant light coming on and I was averaging about 3 miles less per gallon. Both the add coolant and the loss in mileage started after the second repair. I ... then broke down on the I5 and had to be towed back to Wilsonville MB. But the last fix did the trick, all issues have been fixed. All damages from the original mechanic. No more 'add coolant' notices and my mileage is back to what it used to be. However, nearly $5000 including towing for a two to three drop a day oil leak! But I love my three year old vehicle and hopefully now it will run forever.

Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville is too far from my home – around 25 miles. There are other Mercedes-Benz dealers closer to my home. Even then I end up buying my GL 550 from there as they have a very large inventory and they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. Their customer service was great. I thought it ended there after I bought the car. But it was just a beginning. The customer service went from “great” to “exceptional” when I started dealing with their Service department. They assigned a ... a dedicated service advisor named Christopher Cain. This was 3 years back. Since then he is like a family member. Whenever I call him (sometimes even after 6-8 months break), he still remembers everything about my car after I just mentioned my name and its remarkable. Then he goes well above and beyond to address my car’s needs and will take care of even the smallest minute details. This is my fourth car and there is absolutely no exaggeration when I say I never experienced a superior customer service like this before. My family also feels the same about him. We make visits on special occasions (like Christmas) to thank him for all his dedication and service. Again thanking Chris Cain and Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville for taking care of us.
