**The charging voucher is subject to the program terms of Mercedes-Benz USA’s service provider ChargePoint, which are presented to the customer when the Mercedes me Charge service is activated. All MY25 BEV customers, excluding eSprinter, also receive 2 years of free unlimited charging at Mercedes-Benz High Power Charging (“MB HPC”) network; those charging sessions are always free during such 2-year period and are therefore not covered by the $1,000 charging voucher if selected. However, idle fees incurred at MB HPC stations are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the customer’s Mercedes me Charge account, which could be covered by either a valid payment method associated with the account or the balance of the charging voucher. The offer is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-cancelable once a selection has been made and has no cash value. Additionally, the offer is subject to change and may be discontinued at any time.
